James Morris sold my property in March 2024. He was brought to my rescue by a former business associate. I owned a 3 flat building on Chicago’s east side that was a real problem! I had a very uncooperative tenant who would not pay rent or move, and I had to sell the home on a deadline. James did a short sale and sold the building with the problem tenant still in the unit. James navigated through the entire process and was diligent on getting a contract on my property, which resulted in the final sale of the building before the deadline was up.
